Safe and effective training for those who want to get started after pregnancy and birth so that you get the strength you need in the new life. Pilates is training for the body's core. We learn to find back to the body's basic positions in lying, sitting and standing and work with exercises to strengthen the pelvic floor and internal muscles, mainly in the torso. You will receive help so that you perform the exercises at the right level for you.

No prior knowledge is needed.
